DataWeld Users Group Conference...

The DataWeld Users Group Conference is an annual conference held by DataWeld Staff to educate and share ideas with users of our software/hardware packages.

Announcing the 20th Annual DataWeld Users Group Conference!

DataWeld will return to San Antonio, TX for the 20th Users Group Conference on February 7-9, 2007! The conference will be held at the Hotel Valencia.

The River Walk is the #1 entertainment destination in Texas. Packed with restaurants, entertainment and lots of shopping, the River Walk is fun and exciting regardless of your age.

This is a conference you will not want to miss! A number of major enhancements have been made to the system and even more are scheduled to be completed prior to the conference. A revised schedule describing the sessions and topics to be covered will be sent out in a few weeks. You will also be receiving more information shortly on registration.

Registration

Registration before January 1, 2007 is $475.

Late Registration after January 1, 2007 is $495.

Registration costs include all conference sessions, Wednesday evening reception, lunch on Thursday, and dinner on Thursday night.

Accommodations are available at the Hotel Valencia for the following rates:

The room rate for single or double occupancy is $179.00 per night.

Reservations should be made by contacting the Hotel Valencia directly at 866-842-0100 or by going on-line to www.hotelvalencia.com. If you make your room reservations on-line, you will need to enter the code: 0702DATAWE under Group Code to access the group rates. Please make your room reservations as early as possible.

AIRFARE:

Northwest/KLM Airlines, Inc. is the official airline for the 2007 DataWeld Users Group Conference. Northwest/KLM Airlines, Inc. is pleased to offer a 5% discount off published domestic fare providing all rules and conditions of the airfare are met. Round trip travel on Northwest/KLM is required. Reservations must be made and tickets purchased at least 7 days prior to departure. An additional 5% discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 30 days prior to departure.
