DataWeld Users Group Conference...

The DataWeld Users Group Conference is an annual conference held by DataWeld Staff to educate and share ideas with users of our software/hardware packages.

The 19th Annual Annual DataWeld Users Group Conference was the Best Conference Yet!

Kiawah Island Golf Resort in Charleston, South Carolina March 21-24, 2004

Where Value and Opportunity Come Together

  • How can I use DataWeld tools and technology to capture new business?
  • Are we using our existing system to its full potential?
  • How can I quickly find out how our company is performing?
  • Can we make everyday operations more efficient?

In March 2004, DataWeld users from around the country met at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina for an educational retreat. The experience began with a choice of four Sunday afternoon activities, including ferry rides to Fort Sumter, exploring the South Carolina Aquarium, touring beautiful plantation gardens at Middleton Place, and Golfing with the Aligators. The excitement continued Sunday evening at sunset with a lowcountry oyster roast at Mingo Point along the Kiawah River. The DataWeld Users Group learned to shuck oysters right off the fire while they shared stories and successes with others amidst the music of a steel drum band. The 2004 DUG conference was focused on our mission "Our World Revolves Around You."

DUG 2004 was hosted at the beautiful Kiawah Island Golf Resort located on a unique barrier island 21 miles SE of downtown Charleston, SC. The AAA Four Diamond Kiawah Island Inn and West Beach Conference center is in a self-contained walking village with abundant activities, just seconds away from three pools, three restaurants, two lounges, a shopping complex, two conference centers, five golf courses, 27 tennis courts (where you can enjoy 1 hour free per day), and miles of uncrowded, unspoiled beach. Awarded as one of the top golf and tennis spots in the country, Kiawah Island has also been named Among America's "Best Beaches" by Conde Nast Traveler and has received both the Gold Key Award and the Golden Links Award for Corporate Meetings.
