The Palm Order Pad lets you establish multiple inventory locations for unique customers or multiple inventory locations for one customer. With each inventory location, you have the flexibility to establish reorder points and order quantities for each stock item in the tool crib. You also have the capability to tracking serial numbered items such as drills by checking them out to an individual and then back in to inventory.

A quick walk through of the tool crib with the Symbol SPT 1800 lets you invoice the customer for what has been consumed, update on-hand quantities, and generate restocking reports. The orders for the products that have been consumed can be electronically sent to your host accounting system eliminating the need to manually key in the orders.

Special reporting allows you to show the customer what has been charged out of each tool crib, who the merchandise was charged to, and even what job the product was used on.
