CylTech II is a software solution designed specifically for Welding Supply Distributors. CylTech II is a third generation software package that combines a comprehensive accounting system with the specific requirements of the Welding Supply distributor to keep track of compressed gas cylinders.

CylTech II includes the following modules: Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control and Management, Purchasing, Order Entry, Invoicing, Point of Sale with cash register drawers, Cylinder Tracking, Cylinder Rental Billing, Equipment Rental, Quotations, General Ledger and Payroll.

Special products such as Remote Branch Processing allow remote branches to capture data during the day and download them to the host system during off peak hours in the evening. Branches have access to current information without having the expense of a dedicated phone line.

Other products such as AcuTrax for cylinder tracking by serial number and TrukTrax for truck invoicing can be included as part of the CylTech II installation. Bar Coding, Electronic Price Updates, Electronic Catalogs and Query systems are also available.
